Request of the customer
It is not always easy for consumers to claim their rights. Cases such as the emissions scandal affect almost three million people across Germany and have shown that there is often an imbalance between consumers and large corporations.
However, consumers can use the myRight portal to obtain their rights simply and easily.
This is how we implemented it
Each case goes through an iterative process that ensures that the data is complete and that the case can be processed by lawyers. This requires documents to be analysed and interpreted or the individual pages of PDFs to be separated and reassembled. We have developed and implemented suitable solutions for these requirements and then integrated them into the existing myRight architecture and infrastructure.
Our project result
In cooperation with LEAP Digital Marketing GmbH from Berlin, we also took over the technical implementation of the myright.de portal and thus successfully realised the concept and design of myRight.
