Manage events the easy way
Our desire
In autumn 2015, we had the idea of organising a barcamp in Flensburg. The more intensively we considered the idea, the more often we looked for tools that would enable simple and digital event planning and realisation.
As no suitable tools could be found, we decided to develop our own participant management solution together with WiREG and used it for the first Barcamp Flensburg in 2016.
We find the Naymspace event system very straightforward. It makes it easier for us to organise our events and is a great added value for our participants thanks to its great usability.
This is how we implemented it
After the first events were organised with the help of Attendary, other interested parties became aware of our solution.
For a system like Attendary to work for different organisers from different industries, functions, content such as texts and images or the design must be adaptable.
We have been organising the St. Peter-Ording beach camp every year since 2015. With the Naymspace event system, we don't have to worry about registration. It does what it should, is easy to use and if there is a problem, the Naymspace team helps quickly and unbureaucratically.
Our project result
To fulfil these requirements, we have opted for a multi-tenant architecture. For each tenant, i.e. organiser:in, we configure which features are available, from which server the mails are sent or via which URL the application can be accessed.
