Digital board stories for reading, learning, and understanding

Onilo is a platform for digital learning content for children, especially those of elementary school age. Onilo aims to help children strengthen their basic and reading skills through digital board stories (slowly animated picture book stories). A comprehensive rewrite is currently done, including the frontend, backoffice, and mobile app. Once this is complete, the next step will be further development and the creation of new features.

Insight into development

For onilo.de, we are implementing comprehensive technical upgrades and structural changes to the learning platform while it remains operational. We have taken over the backend, backoffice, frontend, and native app from three different service providers, are consolidating the systems, and ensuring the smooth migration of large amounts of data into a new system structure.

The focus is on continuous availability for all users as well as the maintenance and further development of the web app and mobile applications – for a seamless learning experience on all common devices.

By using state-of-the-art technologies and proven development processes, we enable Onilo.de to respond flexibly to customer feedback, seamlessly integrate new features, and continuously develop the platform. This allows teachers and students to benefit from an innovative, reliable learning environment that optimally combines didactics, new media, and animated stories.
