LEASE A BIKE_

The LEASE A BIKE portal is a new development in collaboration with empuxa GmbH. Employees are offered the opportunity to choose a bike from participating specialist dealers and lease it easily. The contractual process with insurance companies and leasing companies is handled completely digitally.

Many different parties are involved before a legally valid leasing contract is concluded: The employees, who choose the bike of their choice at the specialist dealer, the employers, who approve the contract, and the leasing company, which concludes the contract. Every new company has its own requirements and guidelines. A flexible basis is required so that this extensive ordering process can be mapped.

The portal has been available in other countries, such as the Netherlands and Belgium, since 2019. Internationalisation means more than just translating into another language. The portal has to take into account the legal requirements of the respective country and implement the interfaces of various third-party systems.

With just a few clicks, a legally valid, paperless contract can be concluded in a short space of time. We achieve this through an efficient ordering process that we have developed together with the customer. In addition, external systems have the option of integrating the interface we have developed in order to be able to map processes across systems.
